1. The service

CoPomo provides focus timers, optional accounts, streaks, task lists, and multiplayer study rooms. Features may change, pause, or end as we improve the product.

2. Accounts & guests

You may use parts of CoPomo without an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for accurate information and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not harass other users in rooms or chat
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, or reverse engineer the service
• Do not use CoPomo for unlawful activity
• Respect room hosts' controls (including kicks and host transfers)

4. Third-party services

Optional integrations (such as Spotify) are subject to those providers' terms. Spotify in-browser playback may require a Premium subscription. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.

5. Content you provide

You retain rights to content you enter (tasks, messages, usernames). You grant us a limited license to host and display that content as needed to run the service. Do not post content you do not have the right to share.

6. Disclaimers

CoPomo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect sync, or specific productivity outcomes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoPomo and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using CoPomo at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
